For the next 60 days, from 20 March until 20 May, Reclaim Hosting is offering special “rollback” pricing on 3‑year Managed Hosting and Domain of One’s Own agreements, providing institutions the chance to lock in multi‑year stability at 5% discounted rates and capped increases for the life of a 3-year agreement.

This limited‑time offer is available only for 3‑year contracts paid in full during the promotional window. Payments must be received within the 60‑day period to qualify—no purchase orders or delayed‑payment arrangements will be accepted.

Already on a 1‑year agreement? We’re happy to prorate or extend your current term so you can take advantage of this offer without losing any value.

Institutions with multiple agreements may also choose co‑terminate their contracts for easier long‑term planning and budgeting, while locking in additional savings for their institutions.

For contracts exceeding $20,000 USD annually, limited exceptions to the pay‑in‑full requirement are available, including annual installments.

Please note: this promotion does not apply retroactively to existing multi-year contracts, and no refunds or credits will be issued for existing multi‑year agreements.

Promotion Terms

This offer is limited to one quote per institution – please do not reach out asking for multiple options. Reclaim will issue one quote and one invoice per customer.

Offer applies to 3‑year Managed Hosting or Domain of One’s Own agreements only – Shared Hosting, VIP or other services are excluded.

Contracts must be paid in full during the promotional window to receive discounted or rollback pricing.

Payment must be received within the promo period; POs or delayed‑payment methods are not eligible. This is a limited-time offer and will not be extended beyond this 60-day window. Reclaim Hosting will prorate or extend existing 1‑year agreements to align with a new 3‑year term.

Exceptions to the pay‑in‑full requirement may be considered for agreements exceeding $20,000 USD annually.

Co‑termination of multiple agreements for a single institution is permitted and encouraged, helping to reduce the administrative burden and collections process for both parties.

No refunds, credits, or cash‑back adjustments will be issued for existing multi‑year agreements.
